Hiresol is a talent acquisition platform designed to connect companies with highly skilled professionals. While the client had developed a rough design for the talent acquisition module, it lacked clarity, consistency, and streamlined user flows.
The goal was to enhance the existing UX to ensure hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates experience a seamless journey, from job posting to candidate evaluation.
