CNAbank is a digital-first platform where users manage multiple accounts, track balances, review transactions, and handle ATM-related services. The original dashboard, while functional, felt cluttered and unintuitive.

The goal was to simplify the banking experience with a clear, user-friendly, and trustworthy dashboard that allows customers to manage finances effortlessly and reduce friction in daily tasks..

Despite the abundance of Bible apps, many lack intuitive design, personalized journeys, and strong community features. The challenge was to create a digital product that not only delivers scripture but also fosters connection, inspiration, and habit-building for users worldwide.

Goal: Redesign the app to be more engaging, user-friendly, and spiritually enriching while ensuring ease of access to scriptures, devotionals, and community tools.

Designing a Clear, Modern Banking Dashboard

I focused on simplifying the layout and prioritizing information that customers need the most.

Streamlined Navigation: Grouped features like accounts, transactions, and ATM management into clear sections.

Balance-Centric Layout: Users see total balance and account-specific balances at a glance.

Simplified Transaction Flow: Easy-to-scan history with filters for faster lookups.

ATM Services Management: Clear workflows for managing cards, limits, and withdrawals.

A usability-first approach guided the redesign, ensuring that CNAbank’s platform felt reliable, simple, and intuitive for everyday banking.


1. Research & Discovery

✦ Conducted heuristic evaluation of the existing dashboard.

✦ Identified pain points from user flows like checking balances and viewing transactions.

2. Conceptualization

✦ Defined a new information hierarchy to highlight balances and quick actions.

✦ Created low-fidelity wireframes for simplified flows.

3. Design & Development

✦ Crafted a clean UI with improved spacing, typography, and color hierarchy.

✦ Designed responsive layouts to support both web and mobile use.

4. Testing & Refinement

✦ Conducted usability testing on prototype dashboards.

✦ Refined flows based on feedback, focusing on faster access and reduced confusion.
